Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days of purchase.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines for these items will be provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
  • We currently ship to the U.S. only.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping:  5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@verosapothecary.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@verosapothecary.com with photos and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
